This session is an introduction to Yin Yoga and lasts for around 30 minutes. It consists of a breathing exercise, three poses, and a Savasana/relaxation period at the end.

The props you might need for this session are a blanket and something to sit on i.e. a cushion or pillow. If you have blocks then these can be useful but books can do the job just as well (especially if you cover them with the blanket so they don't dig into you). Bear in mind that none of these props are necessary, but they are useful to have.
