Feel like you need to relax?
I've designed this sequence to create a calming effect throughout the nervous system as well as regulate any manifestations of anger you might be having right now such as frustration, irritation and of course anger itself. The whole thing should take around 30 minutes, including five minutes of rest at the end. Don't forget to listen to your body throughout, and adjust or come out of the pose if it doesn't feel right.
